Water as a Service

Infrastructure we own and operate. Water you pay for as you use it.

INZIKT's Water as a Service model combines physical water infrastructure, smart metering and software in one long-term service agreement for agricultural customers.

Infrastructure ownership

INZIKT finances or owns the assets.

Under a service agreement, INZIKT finances or owns the infrastructure deployed to deliver water services. These assets may include:

  • Water pumping systems
  • Water distribution pipelines
  • Storage and buffering systems
  • Smart water meters
  • Flow and pressure sensors
  • IoT communication infrastructure
  • Remote monitoring and control systems

NoteOwning physical infrastructure is not the same as holding the legal right to extract, access or distribute water. Water rights are governed by applicable law and permits, and every service is designed around lawful water access.

Consumption-based billing

Billed per cubic metre of measured water.

Customers are billed per cubic metre (m³) of measured water consumption. Validated meter readings form the basis of every invoice.

Illustrative example — hypothetical

Measured consumption this month
X m³
Contracted rate per m³
R
Water consumption charge
X × R
Software lease (recurring)
S
Monthly total
(X × R) + S

This is a structural illustration only. It does not represent actual tariffs or customer pricing. Rates are set per agreement.

Software leasing

Software is part of the service, not a free add-on.

Customers access the INZIKT Intelligence water platform through a separate recurring software lease or subscription. It provides the monitoring, reporting and billing transparency the model depends on.

Long-term partnerships

Built on long-term service agreements.

Infrastructure needs ongoing maintenance and clear operational accountability. Long-term agreements let INZIKT invest responsibly and give customers a reliable, managed service.

NoteINZIKT is in its development phase. Financing arrangements and operational installations are being prepared and are not yet in place.
